Return & Refund Policy
Return PolicyAuzana accepts a 7-day return policy that is intended to offer you peace of mind when purchasing with us. We want to do our best to make each purchase a perfect one for you. You can return your purchase for 7 days from the purchase date. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box or the packaging.
Wrong items : If the items you received are of wrong quantity, size, color or design, please take a photo with the order number and a short description; email us within 7 days upon receipt.
Damaged items : If the items you received are found to have damages or defeects, please take a photo with the order number and a short description; email us within 7 days upon receipt.
Refund Policy
Once the returned items are received in good condition, which is unopened or in sealed condition, the amount will be refunded basing on your payment method at the time of purchase or other option for your convenient. Change of mind will not be refunded but can be exchange to other items, if exchanged items price is lower than original receipt, no cash will be refunded. Return shipping cost will be refunded once we found out that the problem is on our own in a condition of receipt issued by the courier service is attached or email to us. Shipping cost in the case of “Change of Mind” will be beared by buyer.
Missing items: For any missing items, please email to our after sales team at lilywong@auzana.com with the following details, within 3 working days upon parcel collections. Details include User ID & Order number or Parcel number.
For any suspicious missing parcel (after 7days of ETA) or parcel status that has been updated to 'Completed' or 'Acknowledge' before it has been collected, please email our after sales team at lilywong@auzana.com within 7 working days. *Please be note that Auzana reserves the right to refuse any responsibility on missing parcel after 7 days.
